At time of theft, it had a rear rack with two collapsible wire baskets bolted on, a Bell headlight, tail light, both a cable and u-lock, the mounting for a front basket (basket was inside), and a multi-colored bell. Bike had some scuffs and one hand-grip was a little damaged, but otherwise in good shape.

Bike was locked to private back deck (access, while not obvious, is unfortunately not lockable). Locked with a heavy-duty cable lock, presumably cut but taken along with the bike. About $150 worth of accessories (baskets, lights, etc) on the bike, also stolen.
