Was speaking with individuals at rear of mini mall, bike in sight so wasn’t locked up. Took my eyes off it for a second, and it was gone. In its place was a cheaper bike left which was spray painted all white. Individuals around gave me the name Ritchie as a likely culprit, a skinny kid known locally as a drug addict.
