Distinguishing features
The bike seat was stolen once, so i had a different seat installed on it. A bell was on it too. 700cc 28inch wheels, 18inch frame. Black frame with red marks.

Description of incident
Locked it in front of the building with two cable locks at 10PM, Friday night. The next morning found the cables cut and the bike missing.
