Very small white frame, black handlebars. Has a mount on the front handlebars for an LED light, a small bag/pouch under the seat, a water bottle holder, and a lock mount on the left-side seat stay. Also has very old and rusted strapped toe clips.

Bike was in parking garage of my apartment complex. Bike rack is small, as is the bike, so the handlebars won't let me lock the frame to the rack. Only wheels were locked in a way that meant my bike looked secure so long as there were other bikes near it to impede access to the front.
