Taken from garage while left open for a few minutes. Happened at 11:30am. Guy was wearing lose light washed jeans, black shirt with light pattern, and baseball cap. Skin was tan to dark. Caught on camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcoO2u71jcI
