Locked outside grocery store. Noticed excessive transient activity and bikes locked INSIDE of store only AFTER
my bike was stolen. I was uncomfortable while in the store but shrugged it off as my having a bad attitude or biased. Now understanding that I was probably being watched while my bike was being stolen.
