Description of incident
I woke up on Saturday April 4th, rode my bike down to a nearby cafe around 7:30am, rode back to my apartment around 7:45am, locked my bike up to a fixed parking pole right in front of my apartment with the 3-step system, and went into my apartment to get my dog. While I was getting my dog's collar and leash on, I heard the bike's alarm go off. I immediately ran back outside, but by the time I reached the bottom of my apartment stairs, the bike was gone. I examined the area where my bike was locked up and found a piece of the chain lock on the ground. I texted the Wombi number of 213-642-3303 to report the incident right away, and I called Wombi's emergency line as well since the incident occurred before normal business hours.
