Description of incident
Bike was locked around the handlebars (awkward rack situation) and the thief removed the handlebars. The lock was left intact and attached to the rack. The theft happened between 3:48 and 3:53 AM on 10/10/14 per security camera footage, which was not good enough to identify the thief.
