Description of incident
Bike was locked with a U lock and cable at the OSU-Cascades campus at a covered, outdoor set of locks, located between the resident hall and Obsidian hall. I had two bikes locked up, which I hadn't checked in on for a while. When I walked past about 3 days after I think I remember last seeing it, the u lock was completely off the bike rack and the cable was cut. One of the bikes is non functional and was left there, while the Giant Talon 2 was stolen.
