My husband and son parked their bikes in front of the Mint on Decatur St. between Barracks and Esplanade at about 6:50 on January 29, 2026. When they came back at about 9:20, my son's bike, a red and black 24" Guardian Ethos, was gone, along with its lock. The bike is, as noted, a 24" Guardian Ethos, black with red, grey, and white stripes. It had axle-mounted magnet-activated lights on the front and rear, a green bell, and removeable, rechargeable lights on the handlebars and rear frame. It also had a few small spoke-mounted reflectors. Some minor wear on the fork (as seen in photo uploaded) and a few dings here and there, but generally in great shape. It was manufactured in 2021.
