Distinguishing features
70's era steel frame Nishiki road bike with extra large neck, down tube shifters, race wheels, water bottle holder, and Nitro race saddle. The rear break assemble has a missing nut (recently fell off while riding). It has a black pouch mounted under the rear of the seat. The pedals have metal toe cages with a black nylon strap. The rear tire was recently replaces with a Gatorskin tire; i believe the front is an older Continental tire.

Description of incident
My bike was secured to the wall in the shared garage of my apartment building via a u-lock and thick cable bike lock. I discovered the bike missing Monday morning (10/13) around 8:15am. The thief had cut the loops on the cable and taken the bike with the u-lock attached to the frame
