My bike looks exactly like the photo above, minus the water bottle attachment and stock headlight. I have attached a silver bell, with a brown leather strap on the left handle bar. There is a mount for a headlight to slide on and a phone mount on the right handle bar. The stock headlight has been disconnected leaving the head of a wire sticking out of the left frame not connected to anything, capped with a tire valve screw on cap. And the narrow seat has been changed to a wider and thicker saddle, black leather.

My bike was locked up in the bike coral at the corner of Ballard Ave NW & 22nd Ave NW. Theft happened between 2:30 & 2:45pm. Lock had to have been cut. Neighbors and I noticed suspicious activity of 2 men near the bike during the time stated above, both hooded and wearing sunglasses with backpacks. I was able to photograph the apparent wing man of the guy who rode off on my bike. Appears to be unhoused and also carrying stolen items.
