Description of incident
Locked bike frame to bike rack at UCLA CHS building at 7:20AM on 9/24/14. Bike was gone when I checked at 4:00PM. U lock cut and thrown into the bushes by the bike rack. Note: picture from internet - my bike has 2 sets of brakes on handle bar, black and blue tires and a black seat.
