The bike is almost like new, less than two months old. Black and neon orange frame. The wrap on the left handlebar is slightly torn but still in functional shape. It had a neon orange tube glow light that was wrapped around the frame of the bike. (The battery pack for it was previously damaged/torn off). An additional white silicone style light was on the back of the bike below the seat that flashes red.

My landlord called in the report while the theft was taking place. The bike and the person were gone by the time the police arrived. The man was seen using a torch to remove the combination U-lock that was around the front tire and the frame of the bike. Someone spotted a bike they suspected to be mine in Portage Park (Irving Park & Long) on 9/20 around 11pm. A call was placed to the police but they fled the scene before police arrived (again).
