I left the bike at the entry doors to Cafe Voila while I was purchasing food. When I turned around to leave, it was gone (approx. 3 min). The helmet was on the bike and I found it 20 feet west of Cafe Voila on SW Washington, so I'm assuming the thief took off on SW Washington going west. I reported the incident to the Pittock building security officer and she said there was no video camera covering that doorway. Bike thief and bike last seen at Safeway, where he dropped off stolen pannier (thanks?).
