Distinguishing features
Black handlebar with black bar-ends. Stickers: old phish sticker on front, some reflective green stripe stickers in various locations. May have still had sticker from the bike shop I bought it from in Eugene OR. Had a cheap rear fender, none on front.

Description of incident
Bike wasn't secured. My OnGuard U-lock was just locked to the frame. I left the bike in front yard, outside the fence gate, over the weekend. Disappeared.
