Blue 80's steel frame Bianchi built in Japan. When it was stolen it had white bar tape, a black planet bike headlamp, and a silver water bottle cage with a "PDX" water bottle. Araya rims with a Marathon rear tire and Continental front tire. Downtube shifters. Small brass bell to the right of the stem. Most distinguishing feature is fender brackets on either side of the brakes but no fenders.
