stolen 2015 Specialized Vita

Two guys in a white 90s Ford parked outside the u haul office where I has my bike locked. One of the guys scouted the bike for a couple if minutes then cut the cable that was locked thru my tire, the u-lock and the bike rack on the street. He tried getting up on it but since it was locked with a u-lock he couldn't ride it. He carried it and ran across the parking lot and threw it onto the truck then they left. Switched out stolen Oregon plates, VLV 118. I have it all taped from the u haul security cameras.
