Distinguishing features
There are two small dents in the right side of the top tube, a factory defect that did not affect the structural integrity; the paint covered them and had not flaked. One of the bottle cages has the threaded nut stripped and was pulled out of it, bowing the aluminum and leaving a small hole. It had three solar red lights on the back, a Topeak MX rack on the rear, a small bag attached to the back of the saddle. There was a mount for a solar headlight and another for a horn, both of which I removed wand took with me when I left.

Description of incident
Bike was left locked with two locks, a heavy duty chain padlock and a U steel bolt, to a bike rack. They cut the U bolt with bolt cutter and left it, but the other lock was taken. It occurred between 4:15pm on August 14 and 6:45am on August 15. I believe was targeted; there were many more bikes locked to the other racks in a similar fashion and mine was the only one touched. A man approached me as I was locking my bike and asked for directions to a bike-messenger service and I think he was trying to distract me so an accomplice could grab it and run, but I wasn't biting and kept my attention on my bike.
