Bike was locked to a tree on a small st between apartments and a restaurant (Corner Bistro & Wine Bar) next to the University of Maryland Baltimore campus. The bike was seen there at 5pm and was no longer there around 6:30pm when a couple at the restaurant was seated outside, across from the bike's location.
