The attached photo is not my bike, but it looks similar. There's no water bottle holder attached to the frame and no kickstand as in photo. It's rusty along the handlebar and cables. There are front and rear brackets for lights and also there's a bracket with the top placement piece removed for U-lock on the frame. The brakes are replaced with Forté Cantilever Brakes and just recently new brake cartridge pads were installed for the front brakes. There are no pins on the pads for front and rear brakes. Bicycle seat cable is wrapped around the seatpost securing the fairly new seat. On the bike frame, the word, Nishiski is missing a "s", spelled Nihiski.
The cable was cut securing the front and back wheels. It was left attached to the bike chain still locked to the bike rack. It happened between 7pm and 10:45pm while I was inside the Jewish Contemporary Museum for Mex I Am closing ceremony.
