Between 7:40 am and 12:10 pm outside on the West side of the Bancorp Tower, bike was taken. Nothing was left behind and the Security people of the building didn't share any interest in even hearing about the theft. The lock must have been cut and the bike taken with the lock. Can think of no other way.
