Owner pull bike (with U-lock and helmet) into Winchester Community Garden gate, closed gate, parked near entrance. Not locked. Owner went around corner within the garden to chat with people. Came back and bike was missing, and helmet was outside garden hanging on a wooden stake in the lawn of house next door. Owner retrieved Ring doorbell footage from person living across street showing that helmet was not present at 7:20pm and helmet was present, hanging on stake, at 7:30pm. Police report made night of incident. *Note: bike has right handlebar grip missing = identifying descriptor*
