My E-trike was stolen from the 7161 France Apartment underground parking level 1 at 9:00 PM Thursday, July 10, 2025. The thief followed a resident vehicle into the secured parking garage, cut through the bike lock, and drove out of the garage around 9:00 PM with my e-trike. The thief left his/her old RED e-trike in the garage next to my vehicle. Police were able to obtain video of theft incident and DNA from old bike left behind.
