A man approached my secured apartment building while I was distracted bringing in my son's bike. He said he was visiting someone and gave a name as he walked past me into the building while I had the door open for my son. He then walked to the far stairwell where my bike was stored and ran it down the stairs and out the emergency exit at the opposite end of the building from me.
