Locked bike to a city rack (with a Kryptonite u-lock and cable: front wheel and bike frame with u-lock / rear wheel and frame with cable). Rack is SE most at 801 Alaskan Way (closest to Yesler). Locked up at 7:20am on July 15, 2025. Commuted to work in Bremerton via Kitsap Fast Ferry. Returned to rack at 4:26pm to find empty rack. Upon inspection, rack itself was cut. No other evidence left. I have pictures and serial # of stolen bicycle. I have a picture of cut city bike rack. Also, this stolen bicycle was a recent replacement of a similar one stolen on March 17, 2025 in this same area.
