Description of incident
The eBike was securely locked to a public bike rack at the north side entrance of the QFC grocery store. The offender appears to have cut the lock. I was inside the store for only 10 minutes and returned to find the cut pieces of the cable lock left behind. The QFC manager confirmed that there are no exterior cameras outside the grocery store.
