Description of incident
Met up with this dude from FB market place to sell him bike at 772 Spindrift Way San Jose, CA 95134. Turned around for a second to put tire pressure valve away and boom guy slipped away through fence. Tracked his location to 21st street 95116 via his cell phone 408-592-8434. Phone registered to a Reynaldo Yanez when i do google search.
