I locked the bike at a bike rack (39.99619256672679, -105.26327500011107) on the NIST campus after lunch at 1:30 pm; it was gone at 3:30 pm. The bike from about 2016 and is black with blue accents, a rear bike rack, and two bike baskets. I also reported this to the NIST/DOC police.
