Bike was inside the garage on the second floor of my apartment building, locked via heavy-duty cable lock to an anchor that was bolted to a concrete wall. The building security camera captured a photo of the thief riding away on the bike. The same person came back the following day and took another valuable (electric) bike. No other bikes in this large (200 unit) apartment building were stolen.
