Description of incident
Bike went missing between 1/28 10pm and 1/29 6am from 3rd level balcony. Forgot to relock bike after doing some maintenance on it. Bike had a black rear rack with a yellow New York City Kryptonite Ulock and a Peak Design phone mount at the time of theft.
