Distinguishing features
All black REI e-bike. fenders on front and rear tires. Front basket was not attached at the time it was stolen. The front headlight was taped on with white tape. The back cargo rack was attached, however nothing on the rack. A black ABUS lock/lock holder is ziptied to the bike frame. Bike had snow tired with studs on at the time of theft. 20in tires on front and rear.
