Description of incident
Locked in front of Ridgeline Montessori, West Amazon in SE Eugene with lots of others. Thief rode up on a bike from the South, looked over the bikes, went back to there bike, maybe to get a tool?, worked on the lock for some time and then rode away with my son's bike. Thief returned later for their original bike (*!).
