Description of incident

Bike was locked with a Hiplok Gold lock in a badge-in only bike cage at UW Medical Center Montlake hospital (S3 lower level). Locked it up at 1100 on 1/6, returned at 2200 that day to find the cage empty and the lock cut with an angle grinder. The lock and helmet were left behind. No signs on damage to the cage door. Battery was in place on the bike. I still have my battery key.
