Description of incident
I went into the Target at the Metreon at 835pm on a Sunday night, I locked my bike outside along with 20 other bikes along the street. I came out 15minutes later and it was gone along with the lock. Looking at the Target Security Camera, it showed that someone came five minutes after I left it, with a baseball cap and holding what looked like a takeaway container (to remove suspicion I assume), they walked up, bent down, took something out of backpack (cant tell what) and then hopped on the bike and rode away. This guy was a pro. There were people walking by, and I had locked this up very well. He did it in less than 15 seconds.
