The bicycle was locked together with a kid's bike onto a bike rack. Bolt cutters were apparently used to cut the lock and the 2019 women's black Cannondale was taken, leaving the cut lock and kid's bike behind. This occurred between 2:30 - 3PM on Sat, Dec 14 in front of of the University Heights Library at 4193 Park Blvd in broad daylight.
