Bike was taken from Target bike parking. It had a black seat cushion, phone holder on the left handle, light on the right handle and back light under the seat and over the reflector. I entered the shop around 10 AM, maybe between 10 and 11, and the bike was taken away around 11:15, according to Target security, by a person wearing a blue sweater and a white hat.
