Bike was secured at bike racks in front of the campus Mashouf Wellness Center on Font Blvd. near Lake Merced Blvd. Cable lock was cut, with the real wheel locked. It appears that bike was dragged along Font towards Lake Merced (tire skid marks on sidewalk from bike rack location) Theft occurred between 3:45-4:50 pm
