Description of incident
Rad City 4 e-bike stolen from garage in alley of 3800 block between Oakland and Portland on morning of Tuesday 12/3. Minneapolis 55407. Black bike with front basket. No unique markings but had a Kryptonite u-lock mini on the crossbar. Garage locking mechanism was cut and rope lock locking bike to garage also cut. Footprints from garage led out of alley towards Portland southbound.
