Description of incident
Bike stolen from open garage (left open mistakenly). Captured photos of suspect driving by garage in the alley. 15 min later, suspect with hoodie, black jacket and green mask rides my Felt mountain bike out of garage, then comes back 20 min later and takes the Specialized roubaix.
