Description of incident
Blue Level 2 Large Aventon bike was locked in Montecito Lower Parking Garage using Kryptonite Evolution 1090 Integrated Chain Lock. The complex is gated and has security circling the complex 24/7. Chain was cut, and debris and pieces of chain were left at the scene. Lock pick tools were left on the ground.
