Description of incident
Incident occurred at the University of Alberta Campus on Nov 20th between 0845 and 1300hrs. Bike was locked at a bike rack next to the loading dock & NW doors (corner) of the Biological Sciences Building across from Saskatchewan Drive at 0845. The lock was a chain link with combination lock. When I went to get the bike at around 1300hrs it was gone except for a single link of the chain lock.
