Electric XP 3.0 Has cell phone holder and child's seat/handlebars on back. Stolen from outside WinCo grocery store at 7979 SE Powell at approx 5:30 PM on 11/22 and headed southbound.

Description of incident
Arrived at WinCo at Powell and 82nd at approximately 5:30 PM on 11/22. My son was riding in the back. Locked to a bike rack underneath a security camera. Returned about an hour later to find it gone. Thief took the bike southbound from WinCo to Powell.
