Description of incident
Bike was locked to a railing in the hallway of apartment complex. The railing was sawed through, and the bike was removed, with ASUS u-lock still attached. The battery is still attached and locked to the bike. Bike has custom rear-view mirror and a phone holder mounted to the handlebar on the left side.
