Around 1015-1018 pm, we noticed a man with dark grey hoodie, red t shirts and dark pants was wondering around pedestrian walkway in front of our house 772 Carnation Dr. Vacaville while garage door was briefly opened then suddenly the person drove off with our electric bike with baby seat mounted away (Thule seat)
