Description of incident
Parked in parking lot. Two bikes on bike carrier. Both locked to bike carrier with cables and locks, bike carrier locked to vehicle with additional cable and lock. Gone for approx 3.5hours. Return to find cable cut and one of two bicycles missing, second one left unlocked after having been cut as well and first one stolen.
