Description of incident
The bike was locked on the bike rail for a bit over that hour in busy International District area. The battery was locked, the bike was locked with ABUS lock. The holder for the lock is on the frame. Has a Yepp orange child seat on it additionally attached with zip ties around the leg area. Has the mirror on the left, and the phone holder. Around 50 miles of mileage.
