RadCity bike, in pretty rough condition. Evidently was stolen, I purchased from a second(?) owner after searching on BikeIndex + reporting to RadPower to match serial number to original owner (but there was no record). Back rack sheared on one side of fram. Bad re-paint job over frame of bike, with white spray paint on the serial number. Bike stolen without battery.

Bike was locked with a small chain combination lock, attached to a wall bike rack behind our townhomes. The lock was cut and the bike was stolen between 2-4am. Video footage of the theft was recorded by a camera. Bike was stolen without the battery (battery was inside charging).
