Description of incident
Teenager to maybe 20 year old African American kid, with grey Hoodie, dark pant and shoes, and a black backpack, maybe on his way to school. Looks like he might live in my neighborhood(very large neighborhood) He came up onto my front porch and took it, heading towards Cloverdale. He was caught on my doorbell camera.
