This is a 7 year old's bike- it is not 'adult' size, but mid size. Woman who stole the bike was wearing a white trucker hat with red brim, black rimmed eye glasses, a gray sweatshirt, black pants and black Nike sneakers. She was with a man with a beard, dark hat, shirt and dark sunglasses. He was riding with shopping bags hanging from his handlebars.
